We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, capacities, materials, colors, glaze finishes, care requirements, prices, images, and availability accurately.
FEASTORI offers Ceramic Mugs, Handcrafted Cups, and Art Mugs that explore the relationship between useful form, tactile surfaces, and individual expression.
Actual appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, ceramic materials, firing processes, glaze characteristics, manufacturing tolerances, and production batches.
Handcrafted pieces and products with reactive or varied glazes may show differences in shape, color, texture, and decorative placement where described on the product page. These characteristics do not necessarily indicate a defect.
We may correct errors, update product information, revise availability, or amend website content where reasonably necessary.

Orders and Acceptance
After submitting an order, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging receipt.
This message does not necessarily constitute final acceptance or confirmation that your order has shipped.
FEASTORI may refuse, limit, verify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, inventory limitations, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, duplicate or unusual orders, promotional abuse, legal restrictions, or other circumstances preventing fulfillment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing, picking, packing, protective packaging, shipping preparation, or dispatch.

Do not use a cup with cracks, chips, sharp edges, a loose handle, or other structural damage. Avoid handling broken ceramic fragments with bare hands.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.
Product Use and Care
Use FEASTORI products only for their stated intended purpose and follow the instructions, care recommendations, and product-specific guidance provided.
Cleaning and Handling
For general cleaning, use mild dish soap and a soft sponge unless the product instructions specify otherwise. Rinse thoroughly and allow the piece to dry before storage.
Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, excessive pressure, drops, and impacts that may damage the ceramic body, glaze, or decorative finish.
Protect rims, handles, and raised details when washing, storing, or stacking pieces.
Temperature and Appliance Use
Avoid sudden temperature changes, including pouring very hot liquid into a cold cup or placing a hot cup in cold water.
Use a dishwasher or microwave only when the individual product description or care instructions expressly confirm suitability. Pieces with metallic decoration must not be microwaved.
Do not place cups in an oven, on a stovetop, or over an open flame unless specifically permitted by the product instructions.
Ceramic surfaces and handles may become warm when holding hot drinks. Handle them carefully.
Indoor and Outdoor Use
Cups intended for drinking may be used outdoors with appropriate care, subject to their product-specific instructions.
Place them on stable surfaces and protect them from impact, extreme temperatures, and sudden temperature changes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, FEASTORI pieces are not intended for prolonged outdoor storage or exposure to harsh weather.

Minor variations may result from forming, firing, hand finishing, material characteristics, production batches, and measurement methods.
Colors, textures, glaze patterns, and decorative details may also vary where consistent with the product description.
Such variations do not automatically indicate a defect. They do not excuse damage, significant discrepancies, or failure to meet the product’s stated specifications or intended use.
